•    In all our apartments, we have a Domotique system. This system automatically turns off the air conditioning as soon as it detects that there is no one present in the apartment.
•    As soon as you leave the apartment, turn off the lights. 
•    Sluit zoveel mogelijk de ramen en (tussen) deuren, zo blijft de temperatuur in de accommodatie gelijk.
